Use the contribution link and include the town, dates, public source, what changed, and permission for any names or photographs. For a request, tell us when it is fulfilled or resolved. Keep private addresses and contact details out of public wording. Contributions go to the existing private review inbox.

Expired items leave the current board automatically. Closed items move to the dated archive. An archive is a record of what was reported then, not confirmation of today’s availability.
