Don’t see your business? These are examples, not a complete list. Tell us what you offer, who you serve and the towns you cover. We review each application for relevance, accuracy and available space.
Churches, nonprofits and community groups can also ask about supporting a guide. Ordinary community notices, resource suggestions and corrections remain free to submit.
Both plans are billed by monthly invoice. Business Spotlight is $50 total per month, including the $25 listing. Applying does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. You see your draft before choosing to pay the first month; that paid month begins on the agreed launch date.
One small round of revisions before launch is included. Send your changes together—for example, wording, public contact details or swapping supplied photos within the plan. We ask for your final approval before publishing.
Cancel by emailing Daniel or sending a text before the next billing period. Your listing and any hosted Spotlight page remain through the period you have paid for, then are removed; we stop future invoices. If you ask for earlier removal, we confirm the removal and any billing adjustment with you.
After launch, send routine updates together for one small update each month, covering your listing and Spotlight page together if you have both. A new campaign, extra placement, website build or larger rewrite is separate work, quoted before you commit. Any future change to your plan price requires your agreement before renewal.
We choose one relevant guide together before billing. A cleanup service might fit a county disposal guide; a restaurant or attraction might fit an outings guide; a marina or campground might fit a lake guide; and a home service, shop or professional practice might fit a guide for local residents or newcomers. These are possible matches, subject to review and available space.
Space can be shared with other sponsors. Neither plan includes an exclusive category, a place on every page, a newsletter placement or guaranteed calls, visits or sales. Extra website or email placements can be discussed and priced separately before you agree.
Advertising pauses from Friday sunset through Saturday sunset, using Bremen’s local time. This pause is part of the monthly plan. The free community guides remain available.
Support helps pay for the work behind these guides. It does not buy a recommendation, a higher editorial ranking or control over what we publish. Useful factual listings, corrections and community resources remain free.
No payment is needed to apply. Daniel checks the fit and available space, then follows up personally.
Just sharing useful information? Suggest a community resource or correction. Payment is not required for consideration.
