At an established home, the house, lawn, fence, and trees you want to keep are part of the plan. This project opened the view by removing selected growth. The earlier photograph already shows cut branches, so it records work in progress as well as the condition that needed attention.
The open lawn, visible fence, and loaded branches show different parts of the work. Clearing growth and handling the material are separate parts of a useful quote. A photograph of an open yard alone would not explain both.

Does overgrown yard cleanup include stump removal?
Only if it is included in the agreed work. Cutting back growth, removing a stump, repairing a fence, and restoring a lawn are different tasks. Describe the finish you want so those items can be discussed.
