A few useful answers

Do we walk through the lights?

The main show is driven. Stay in the vehicle along the show road; walking is for separate stops and activities.

What if it rains?

The organizer says the show can operate in bad weather when roads are safe. Check its latest closure notice and your ticket terms before leaving.

Organizer updates & policies
What about wheelchairs and pets?

The tour stays in your vehicle. Confirm access for any extra attractions. Pets may ride inside the car; restaurant and Snow Island restrictions differ.

How much time should we leave?

Plan the light show and optional stops separately. Leave time to eat before kitchen closing, and check the attraction schedule before promising children a ride.
