The Field Journal

What would make your land more useful?

Begin with the problem, the approximate acreage and a few photographs. We can discuss selective clearing, suitable food-plot preparation, trail access, small road and gravel work, drainage, blind-site leveling and feasible small site preparation.

Work depends on access, equipment, site conditions and our service area. Engineered foundations, licensed construction and wildlife results are outside this offer. This is an unscheduled request; a price and work date come after review.

Describe the problem and leave a way to reply. Photos are optional. No account or payment is needed.

What happens after I ask?

Daniel will discuss the next step, a rough budget, and whether a visit is needed. Planning for later is welcome. Scope, price and scheduling are agreed before work begins.

Daniel reviews your request; scope, price and schedule are agreed before work begins.

How the review and property walk work
  1. Talk through the project. Daniel reviews your request and contacts you about the location, scope, and timing.
  2. Look at the property when needed. Photos may help us start; a property walk helps clarify access and the work involved.
  3. Agree before work begins. Review the written scope and price, then confirm a workable date with Daniel.

Based in Bremen, with routine work across nearby West Georgia communities. Larger projects considered toward West Marietta and from Anniston through Pell City to Birmingham. Check towns and travel coverage.

No finished plan needed. Fields marked * are required.

Tell us the main problem, your town or ZIP, and what a useful result would look like. An estimate is fine; you can say you are unsure.

Add an email for a confirmation copy OPTIONAL

You can send your request without photos.

What photos help?

Three simple photos help Daniel understand.

No special camera skills needed. Use the normal camera on your phone. Take pictures from a comfortable, safe place.

  1. Show the whole entrance.

Step back so both gateposts or sides of the opening fit in the picture. If it is easy and safe, tell us the clear width in feet and inches. No gate? Show the narrowest opening.

  2. Show the hill from the side.

From safe, level ground, take a side view that shows the high and low ground together. If there is no hill, show the area that needs attention.

  3. Show the way in.

Stand where the truck could park and point toward the work area. Include turns, narrow spaces, and low branches. Describe any part of the route you cannot show.

A fourth photo can show the problem up close. Skip anything you cannot photograph safely. You can still send a request without pictures.

Text photos to Daniel instead. Add your name and town, then attach the pictures.
