Before the first ride.
Can I buy the bike online and have it shipped to you?
Yes—send Daniel the exact bike link first. Once the model, service quote, and schedule are agreed, you’ll receive the shipping instructions privately. You buy directly from the seller and keep your purchase receipt. Please arrange service before ordering or shipping.
What if I already bought the bike?
Send the model or product link for review. If it’s a fit, we’ll arrange a drop-off appointment. You can collect the assembled bike or request scheduled home delivery.
Do you welcome trikes and family orders?
Yes. Ordinary bicycles, e-bikes, adult trikes, and e-trikes are welcome for review. Trikes, passenger accessories, and family packages receive individual assembly and transport quotes. Ask about shared-delivery savings for bikes going to the same address.
What does the starting price include?
From $249 covers receiving, standard e-bike assembly, final checks, and one agreed delivery stop on a scheduled corridor run, with an optional basic-controls walkthrough. The bike is purchased separately. Your final quote depends on the model, accessories, and location. Customer pickup is quoted separately.
Where and when do you deliver?
We arrange deliveries in the Bremen–Marietta/west Atlanta corridor. Send your ZIP so Daniel can confirm your address and a workable appointment before you commit. We’re closed Saturdays. Timing depends on the accepted model, shipment condition, and available appointments.
How do payment and the handoff work?
Daniel confirms the service total and payment arrangements with your quote. Zelle and PayPal are available. Choose a simple agreed drop-off or an in-person introduction to the basic controls, assist settings, and manufacturer’s charging instructions.
