Check the blockage and the flow path.

In this job, root removal opened the line enough for water to move through the connected drains and out into the yard during the test flush.

Clearing a blockage and repairing a damaged pipe are different scopes. The immediate result does not establish the condition of every buried section or promise that roots will not return.

Agree the footprint and the next use first.

This project began with a defined parking-area footprint and a plan for a later carport. Preparing the ground, dressing the edges, compacting, and placing the crusher run were the agreed work.

A gravel pad and a finished carport are separate stages. For your property, discuss the intended use, access for equipment and materials, and any requirements from the installer before agreeing the ground work.

A working route is one stage of a fence project.

These photographs show brush clearing beside an existing fence. They document access and preparation for planned fencing; they do not show a newly installed fence. Keeping those stages clear helps you compare the clearing work with the installation work still to come.

The retained trees and opened corridor show why a route needs to be discussed on the ground. Describe the space needed for the next stage, the access to it, and the growth that should stay. Do not assume an old fence establishes the property boundary.
