Local disposal guide
Polk County trash & recycling
Find local trash drop-off near Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon, with six resident convenience centers, a larger-load landfill and city pickup contacts.
Find a place to unload
Choose an item and the county where the waste comes from. Location is optional.
Call before loading to confirm access, your whole load, fees and today’s hours.
Choose a common item, or search by name. For a mixed load, add the other materials below.
Add materials for a mixed load
Listings must fit every selected material. If no place fits, separate the load and check each material on its own.
Choose the county where the waste comes from. Other counties’ resident-only sites stay hidden.
For mattresses, cooling appliances, paint and electronics, only listings with item-specific guidance appear. Other facilities may accept them; call the county if none fit.
Access, matching & location privacy
Choose Business / paid cleanup for business waste, contractor work or paid hauling. The facility decides how your load is classified. Household selection does not waive permits, quantity limits or fees.
Location can suggest a county; it does not establish residency. Nearby public facilities still have load rules and charges. Published acceptance has conditions. “Call to confirm” means the reviewed source does not establish acceptance of this material. A material match is not approval for your whole load.
Location is optional. Coordinates stay in this page’s memory and are not included in search links or inquiries. Street-map tiles come from OpenStreetMap for the area shown. Distances are straight-line estimates, not driving routes or travel times. The location dot and road-area pins are approximate. Clearing location or leaving the page discards your coordinates.
